Gyeongbukgong Palace
Verdict: Seoul is awesome. South Korea is awesome. But no, I don't think seeing these palaces is a "must do before you die." You know what didn't make the book which I think was the most awesome thing we did in S. Korea? The DMZ. Now, that's something to do/see before you die!
